The enquiry form is for first contact about coaching. Please avoid including medical information, detailed relationship histories or other sensitive personal details.
What happens when you enquire
Your name, email address and message are saved in this website’s database, hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare. The form also sends those details through FormSubmit to Fiona at fiona@authenticmatch.com.au so she can respond. The saved database copy remains available if email delivery fails. A background task in ChatGPT can read pending enquiries and retry sending them through FormSubmit to Fiona; it flags notifications that still need attention.
Who processes your information
The services involved are OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, FormSubmit and the email provider handling Fiona’s inbox. Your enquiry is not displayed publicly on this website. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy information for details of its processing.
Spam protection
The website uses a hidden spam field and submission limits. Short-lived counters use a protected identifier derived from your network address; the website’s counter table does not store your raw IP address or message. Expired counters are removed when the form next receives a request. Hosting providers may maintain their own security logs.
Keeping and removing enquiries
Website database copies are kept for 90 days from submission, then removed by the next daily cleanup. This applies whether or not the email notification was delivered. Email copies and copies retained by service providers are separate and are not deleted by this website’s cleanup. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email fiona@authenticmatch.com.au.
